What the first year reveals
A new home spends its first year settling, drying and cycling through a full Arizona summer and monsoon season. That shakedown exposes what construction hid:

How the process works
Schedule in month 10 or 11. We inspect the entire home the same way we inspect any property: 3 to 4 hours, thermal imaging included, full photo and video report the same or next day. You submit the report to your builder as your warranty claim documentation before the deadline.
